Mortgage brokers will be given insight into how they can build a business with limitless ability to attract new clients and referrals at The Adviser’s hands-on 2016 Digital Marketing Boot Camp in Adelaide and Perth next month.
This one-day interactive conference, of which Suncorp Bank is principal partner, follows on the success of the bootcamps in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne earlier this year, which saw more than 850 brokers in attendance.
The 2016 Digital Marketing Boot Camp aims to arm brokers with the tools and strategies they need to accelerate their business growth through developing their own low-cost, high-return digital marketing strategies.
Whether they are experienced or new to the industry, brokers will benefit from this hands-on boot camp that boasts seven sessions across the day, covering topics such as online content publishing, cultivating LinkedIn strategies and connections, effective email marketing and social media advertising strategies to generate volume.
Session break down
The first session will be led by the founder of PR Warrior, Trevor Young, who will reveal the secrets to publishing the right content in the right place online in order to market yourself to potential clients.
Attendees will walk away from this session with a solid understanding of the importance of blogging and publishing content. They will also learn how to write a bio for social media platforms and how to attract customers’ attention by publishing relevant and engaging content.
The second session will be led by Stu Atkins, founder of stuatkins.com, who will deliver LinkedIn strategies for success.
Mr Atkins will teach attendees how to use LinkedIn to promote business, how to leverage current LinkedIn connections and how to effectively prospect new clients on LinkedIn.
Mr Atkins will be followed by We Are Content founder Michelle Falzon who will show attendees how to use email marketing to create and convert more mortgage broking leads.
This session will touch on topics such as segmentation, the power of automation and how to use email to convert a lead into a sale.
Ms Falzon will also deliver a session on how to decrease loan churn and trail run-off while increasing retention and referrals using email marketing.
Attendees will also hear from those who are already reaping the benefits of digital marketing in a Broker Hot Seat session.
Following this, Digital Marketing Club founder Beth Powell will lead a session designed to reveal Facebook advertising strategies which generate lead volumes.
Ms Powell will close the event with a step-by-step guide on how brokers can implement efficient and practical digital marketing based on everything they’ve learnt during the boot camp.
The Adviser’s 2016 Digital Marketing Boot Camp will visit Adelaide on Tuesday 8 November, and will finish in Perth on Thursday 10 November.
