Now in its ninth year, the annual ranking sets the national benchmark for Australia’s top-performing real estate businesses, and provides recognition for the teams going above and beyond in pursuit of sales excellence.
Unveiling REB’s Top 50 Sales Offices 2021
According to REB news editor Grace Ormsby, this year’s ranking is all the more special considering the “tumultuous” 12 months the real estate profession has endured.
“The COVID-19 property market has been one like no other — and this year’s ranking highlights just how skilfully these offices have navigated the uncertainty,” Ms Ormsby commented.
“On behalf of REB and Momentum Media, I would like to congratulate each and every sales office named in this year’s ranking.”
Powered by Momentum Intelligence, the report uses a number of metrics to determine the final ranking including the number of properties sold, total dollar volume of properties sold and an efficiency rating.
