Submissions open for Top 50 Sales Offices 2025

Momentum Media and real estate brand, REB are calling for submissions from real estate offices across Australia for the Top 50 Sales Offices 2025.

Since launching 13 years ago, this prestigious ranking has set the benchmark of excellence within the real estate sales industry. With the ranking identifying the top-performing real estate sales teams that are propelling the industry forward in a rapidly changing property market.

REB is on the lookout for outstanding sales offices that demonstrate innovation, stellar customer service, and have achieved exceptional results during the last financial year.

Sales offices that have demonstrated resilience, business prowess and sales success, despite operating in a challenging property market, have the potential to secure a rank.

Agencies of all sizes are encouraged to submit as the ranking evaluates staff efficiency and conversion rates in addition to dollar value, making the ranking competitive for both large and small sales offices.

The Top 50 Sales Offices ranking recognises the achievements of sales offices across Australia that capitalised on the property boom in the 2023–24 financial year (FY24).

The ranking acknowledges the hard work and dedication of offices that went above and beyond in the local market to support clients in the buying and selling process.

Sales volume and efficiency levels are some of the key metrics in determining the Top 50 Sales Offices ranking for 2025. Entrants should provide the number of listings and settlements, total value of settlements, average days on market between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024, and number of staff as of the end of the 2024 financial year to be considered.

Entrants will need to submit the following:

  • Number of listings for the FY24
  • Number of settlements for the FY24
  • Total value of settlements for the FY24
  • Average days on market
  • Number of staff as at the end of the FY24

Entrants will also need to supply a detailed verification document (Excel or CVS preferred) from their CRM clearly outlining that the above information provided is correct. Submissions will not be accepted without this verification document.

Each measure ranking will be compiled with equal weighting to determine the final ranking of each office.
