Momentum Media, The Adviser and principal partner Mortgage Choice are proud to announce the 30 winners of the Women in Finance Awards 2024.
Now in its eighth year, this prestigious annual awards program recognises the top-performing women in the financial services sector.
The Women in Finance Awards 2024, run with the support of principal partner Mortgage Choice, honours women from a range of sectors within the financial services industry, including mortgage and commercial finance broking, financial advice, accounting, and bookkeeping.
This recognition also helps professionals and businesses stand out from the competition, attract top talent, and strengthen market position while showcasing a commitment to excellence.
The awards program culminated in a black-tie gala ceremony on Friday night (15 November) at the Hyatt Regency in Sydney, with Australian comedian Claire Hooper assuming emcee duties and providing light and laughter throughout the evening.

A total of 30 awards – across 25 individual and five group categories – were selected from over 250 worthy finalists.
Broking industry winners
Isabella Constantinou of Simplicity Loans and Advisory took home two awards on Friday night, including the coveted Excellence Award, which recognises the highest-scoring individual winner.
Constantinou also took home the Commercial Finance Broker of the Year award earlier in the evening.
Other individual winners from the broking industry included Deslie Taylor of Mortgage Choice Ormeau & Yarrabilba, who was named the Mortgage Broker of the Year, and Heather Gallagher (formerly of outsource Financial) who was celebrated for her work training up brokers as Mentor of the Year.
MortgageWorks’ client manager Sanju Shahi was also recognised for all her work behind the scenes as Office Administrator of the Year.
Aggregator representatives were also winners on the night. Lendi Group’s general manager of productivity, Shanique Busby, was named the Fintech Leader of the Year, while the group’s Alex Harris took home the trophy for Executive/Personal Assistant of the Year.
Meanwhile, LMG’s Noelle Deieso, the national outsourcing solutions manager, was crowned the Young Leader of the Year.
Mortgage Choice won the award for the Training and Development Program of the Year.
Lender leaders were also championed at the Women in Finance Awards 2024, with Winnie Masibo, the chief information officer at non-bank lender Mortgage Ezy, celebrated as the Innovator of the Year for her work driving the lender’s AI-powered decision engine.
The gala ceremony provided members of the financial services industry the opportunity to network with industry leaders and peers while celebrating the achievements of women in finance.
