Momentum Intelligence’s annual survey of Australia’s real estate groups is now open and agents who take part stand a chance to win a case of Bollinger.
The Real Estate Group of Choice annual survey is the pre-eminent research for Australia’s real estate industry, gauging the sentiments and attitudes of real estate professionals about the level of support they want, and need, from their parent groups.
Head of client services and sales research at Momentum Intelligence, Andrew Scott, said this is the most comprehensive industry-wide survey for real estate agents, principals and property managers.
He added that the role of real estate groups has become even more important now that the industry is finding itself under threat from digital disruptors who are increasingly infiltrating the market, acquiring greater market share.
“At a time when disruption is more prevalent than ever in the real estate industry, this survey provides timely and valuable insights as to where top groups are helping members, as well as where all groups could be doing more,” he added.
“Looked at with great scrutiny and interest by the wider industry, this survey provides the whole industry with the chance to get involved – to table any concerns, or give praise where it is due,” Mr Scott said.
He also said that in a changing industry, the relationships agents, principals and property managers have with their groups can be instrumental in their continued success.
