Submissions open for REB 2025 top agents rankings

Momentum Media and real estate brand, REB invite real estate agents to nominate for recognition across a number of rankings, including Australia’s Top 100 Agents, each state’s Top 50 Agents, and the Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2025.

REB 2025 top agents rankings shine a light on the top residential agents in Australia.

The prestigious rankings shine a light on the top Australian residential agents, with submissions open for Top 100 Agents, Top 50 Agents NSW, Victoria (including Tasmania), Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia (including Northern Territory) and Top 50 Women in Real Estate.

Run in partnership with Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA), the Top 100 Agents ranking – now in its 14th year – identifies the top Australian residential agents who have achieved outstanding numbers across the assessment period.

Jesse Weinberg, crew lead, propositions at CBA said: “CommBank is proud to be the principal partner of the REB Top 100 Agents program for 2025. We’re committed to supporting customers in the real estate sector and are delighted to recognise those agents who consistently deliver exceptional results, strategic insights and unparalleled customer service.”

The ranking sets the benchmark for excellence across real estate, revealing the best of the best in the industry and providing participants national and state-based recognition.

Agents who secure a ranking will be celebrated for their achievements in client services and in building a strong presence in their local area.

Beyond showcasing agents who have gone above and beyond, the ranking provides insight into trends across the real estate profession and the wider property market.

Agents are ranked comparatively across key metrics, including the number of properties sold, the total dollar volume of properties sold, and the average sale price across a 12-month period.

Each agent is then assigned a combined comparative score, which is used to determine the top-ranked agents.

Momentum Media and REB also encourage agents to submit for the Top 50 Agents state-based ranking, also partnered by CBA, and urges all female agents to enter REB’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2025 ranking.

Those entering the Top 100 Agents ranking also have the opportunity to enter REB’s Top 50 Women in Real Estate 2025 and the Top 50 Agents NSW, Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, and South Australia 2025 rankings if eligible.

Since its inception in 2021, the Top 50 Agents state-based ranking spotlight real estate professionals operating across NSW, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Western Australia.

This ranking is separated by state to acknowledge the varying challenges and opportunities across the property market in each state – recognising no two property markets are the same.

Additionally, the Top 50 Women in Real Estate is returning for the 10th consecutive year to reward top female real estate agents who have achieved exceptional results across residential property.

The submissions will be benchmarked with industry partner Propic.

Agents will be asked to submit data from their settled residential sales for the 2024 calendar year, on which this ranking will be based.

Submissions close strictly at COB on Friday, 14 March 2025.

The top agents will be revealed in the exclusive REB rankings throughout June 2025.
