The REB Awards is an unparalleled awards program that provides national recognition to the leading real estate professionals and offices who have gone above and beyond for their vendors and buyers.

Now in its 13th year, the program has become the benchmark for excellence that consistently identifies individuals and businesses that work hard and dedicate themselves to propelling the real estate industry to new heights.

In 2025, Momentum Media and real estate brand REB will once again celebrate the achievements of the best and brightest in real estate sales and property management while highlighting the outstanding contributions of agents, property managers, agencies, networks, innovators, and leaders.
There are 19 individual, three corporate, and 10 group categories for professionals and businesses to choose from when lodging their submissions for the 2025 REB Awards. Review categories here.
Individual categories cover auctioneers, property management business development managers (BDM), buyer’s agents, principals, regional and metropolitan sales agents, and the young guns who have established themselves in their fledgling careers.
The highest-scoring individual winner will become the recipient of the coveted REB Excellence Award for 2025.
Group categories are on offer for boutique and major independent offices, buyer’s agencies, new offices, property management businesses, sales offices, and companies that have the best training and education programs and social and community service programs.
Corporate categories include Boutique Network of the Year - 39 or less offices, Innovator of the Year – Company, and Major Network of the Year - 40 or more offices.
The awards are open to all individuals and businesses operating in support of the Australian real estate industry.
As the Australian real estate industry continues to boom, many of the most innovative professionals and real estate businesses have capitalised on the awards program to drive business growth, recruit and retain top talent, and win listings and sales.
Becoming a finalist and winning an award reaffirms the role of businesses and professionals in advancing the real estate industry.
All submissions will undergo a thorough audit process, checking demographic and other information against category eligibility criteria based on the information provided in the submission.
To determine the finalists for each category, those submissions deemed eligible against submission criteria will be reviewed and assessed by a panel of Momentum Media events and editorial team members and executives, (and industry stakeholders where required).
The number of finalists will vary for each award category.
The finalist submissions will then be delivered to a highly-regarded judging panel consisting of respected professionals and business leaders, who will assess each submission against the criteria of each award category. Click here to view the methodology.
