The business plan to help brokers re-engineer their businesses to be more efficient and profitable will be unveiled at The Adviser’s fourth annual Business Accelerator Program.
Tickets are now available for The Adviser’s broker consultancy workshop, the Business Accelerator Program 2021.
Travelling to Brisbane (17 August), Sydney (19 August) and Melbourne (25 August), this one-day program is jam-packed with hands-on sessions to help busy brokers identify how they can scale their brokerage into a valuable and efficient business asset.
The agenda for the 2021 event has been specifically curated to address the pain points being faced by busy broker directors wanting to grow their business.
Whether it be learning how to identify the bottlenecks and obstacles that take away from valuable client time, or creating personalised and effective client experiences that work, the Business Accelerator Program 2021 is all about providing brokers with the tools to improve their business operations.
This year’s lineup of six sigma coaches, business consultants and industry specialists will provide brokers with transformational change advice, business health checklists and re-engineered process blueprints to help brokers develop a streamlined business structure.
Jason Back, director of Broker Essentials, will harness his first-hand knowledge in running and coaching successful brokerages as he deep-dives into the methodologies used by leading brokers to create opportunities and win more business.
Meanwhile, strategic facilitator and business coach Nigel Collin will showcase the Kaizen, 6 Sigma and Design Thinking philosophies used by successful Australian businesses to streamline time-sucking processes and develop new efficiencies and quantifiable solutions.
Delegates will also hear directly from elite brokers on how they built more robust lead-nurturing frameworks, as well as discover the cutting-edge technology that they can harness to complement their aggregator software.
