Lawyers Weekly is calling on a range of participants to submit into the awards, including managing partners, general counsel, barristers, legal scholars and rising stars.
There are 20 individual and 19 group award categories for candidates to choose from this year.
Individual categories are available to academics, company secretaries, dealmakers, indigenous leaders, partners, litigators, senior associates, sole practitioners, as well as the rising stars of tomorrow.
Group categories are on offer for banking and finance teams, boutique law firms, legal operations and support professionals, new law firms, as well as regional/suburban law firms.
Individuals and companies with the greatest innovations are also encouraged to submit, along with mentors, and firms with the best wellness initiatives.
Securing an Australian Law Award could distinguish firms from their competitors when attracting and retaining the best talent, while strengthening their position when winning and retaining business. For individuals, recognition could underpin career advancement.
It also reaffirms the role of firms and professionals in advancing the legal profession and the business of law.
