More than 30 winners have been chosen out of almost 300 finalists at this year’s REB Awards.
The REB Awards returned for its 12th year in 2024 and once again delivered an unparalleled awards program that identified the top businesses and professionals in the real estate industry across the nation.
The 12th annual REB Awards 2024 was hosted by Momentum Media and real estate brand REB, and took place on Thursday, 29 February 2024 at The Star, Sydney, with the support of principal partner Campaign Agent.
Over 650 members of the real estate industry gathered to celebrate the achievements of their colleagues and peers, and network with industry leaders.
A total of 34 winners walked away with trophies at this year’s awards, including leaders, innovators, sales agents and offices, property managers, auctioneers, principals, networks, and buyer’s agents, as well as training and education providers and the rising stars of tomorrow.
They were selected out of a pool of 297 finalists and a record 664 submissions (the highest received by REB since the inception of the award program).
The highest scoring individual winner became the recipient of the 2024 Excellence Award.
This year, the Excellence Award was given to senior property manager Linda Gulabovska. Gulabovska – who is a property manager in both residential and commercial leasing – also won the Property Manager of the Year – Metropolitan award earlier in the evening.
Australian stand-up comedian and television and radio presenter Dave Thornton was the emcee this year and entertained the audiences throughout the evening.
The REB Awards are an unparalleled program that offers national recognition to the top businesses and professionals in the real estate industry across Australia.

Speaking at the awards ceremony, REB editor Grace Ormsby said the night offered an incredible opportunity for Australian real estate professionals to gather and celebrate the successes of the past 12 months.
